Hangi veriler kullanılıyor?
- Konum bilgisi: Uzantı, sadece bulunduğunuz yere göre doğru gün doğumu ve gün batımı vaktini hesaplamak için tarayıcınızın konum izniyle enlem/boylam bilgisini kullanır.
Veriler nerede saklanıyor?
Konum bilginiz ve hesaplanan vakit bilgisi yalnızca kendi cihazınızda, Chrome'un yerel depolama alanında (chrome.storage.local) saklanır. Bu veriler hiçbir sunucuya gönderilmez, Anthropic dahil hiçbir üçüncü tarafla paylaşılmaz veya satılmaz.
Üçüncü taraf servisler
Gün doğumu/batımı vakitlerini hesaplamak için konumunuz (enlem/boylam) doğrudan tarayıcınızdan Sunrise-Sunset API'sine, konum adını (şehir/ülke) göstermek için ise BigDataCloud servisine gönderilir. Bu servisler kendi gizlilik politikalarına tabidir; Gün Batımı uzantısı bu servislerden gelen yanıtları saklamaz, sadece anlık olarak ekranda gösterir.
Veri toplama, reklam ve takip
Uzantı hiçbir analitik, reklam veya kullanıcı takip aracı içermez. Kişisel verileriniz toplanmaz, profillenmez veya pazarlama amacıyla kullanılmaz.
İzinlerin kullanım amacı
- Konum: Doğru gün doğumu/batımı vaktini hesaplamak için.
- Depolama: Konumunuzu ve hesaplanan vakti tekrar tekrar sormamak/istememek için cihazınızda geçici olarak saklamak amacıyla.

This privacy policy applies to the "Time Until Sunset" Chrome extension. Last updated: August 26, 2026.
What data is used?
- Location data: The extension uses your browser's location permission to obtain your latitude/longitude, solely to calculate the correct sunrise and sunset time for your area.
Where is data stored?
Your location and the calculated sun times are stored only locally on your device, using Chrome's local storage (chrome.storage.local). This data is never sent to any server operated by us, and is never shared with or sold to any third party, including Anthropic.
Third-party services
To calculate sunrise/sunset times, your coordinates (latitude/longitude) are sent directly from your browser to the Sunrise-Sunset API, and to display your location name (city/country) to BigDataCloud. These services are governed by their own privacy policies; the Sunset extension does not store the responses from these services beyond displaying them momentarily on screen.
Data collection, ads, and tracking
The extension contains no analytics, advertising, or user-tracking tools. Your personal data is not collected, profiled, or used for marketing purposes.
Purpose of permissions
- Location: To calculate the correct sunrise/sunset time.
- Storage: To temporarily cache your location and the calculated times on your device, so you're not asked repeatedly.
